Festival highlights
The main highlight is the fireworks launched from the sea off Kasumihama.
The light reflects not only in the night sky but also on the water, offering a sense of openness unique to a seaside display.
During the day, visitors can enjoy the Tarai-kogi competition, where participants race against the clock in giant tubs, as well as the children’s competition and flea market—offering a different kind of fun from the nighttime fireworks.
