Advertising Options
Festival PR Placement
An option to give festivals promoted status or prominence in search results and elsewhere on the site.The selected festival will appear first among those matching the reader's chosen search criteria, such as category or region, and will be clearly marked “PR.”We do not guarantee a specific ranking or number of impressions.

Banner and Ad Placements
We provide ad spaces on the top page, festival search results pages, at the top, within the body, and at the bottom of articles, and in the sidebar. Placement and format vary by page and device. The same ad space does not appear on every page.
We can consider a placement that suits your needs, such as a banner combining an image and a link. We’ll provide details on placement, image dimensions and file size, destination URL, and whether tracking code can be used after confirming these in advance.

Interviews and Sponsored Features
You can discuss commissioning an article or promotional feature that explores the appeal of a festival or local area in depth. We focus on content that will help readers plan a visit, such as interviews with organizers, festival highlights, and information to know before attending.
Whether we conduct on-site reporting, photography, use of supplied materials, the scope of production, publication timing, and how we introduce the content from related pages will be arranged individually. We will not present articles about events we have not covered on-site as firsthand reports, or publish unverified information as fact.

We will review how the content relates to the site and the availability of ad placements, then propose a placement format. - Reviewing Terms and Estimates
We will review the publication period, scope of production, fees, number of revisions, payment terms, and other conditions. - Preparing and Reviewing Copy and Materials
We review the text, photos, banner, destination links, and other materials, then coordinate the content for publication. - Publication Begins
We will publish the content as agreed. Please contact us promptly if the event is canceled or important details change.
An inquiry alone does not constitute an application or contract. If you need on-site reporting or production, please contact us well in advance rather than just before the event.
Reviewing Fees, Publication Period, and Results
Fees are quoted individually based on factors such as placement, duration, and whether content creation or photography is required. We will also let you know in advance whether travel and accommodation for coverage, or content production costs, will apply. We will confirm the terms for changes and cancellations, extensions to the listing period, and how articles are handled after the listing ends before entering into a contract.
We do not guarantee results such as visits, clicks, bookings, sales, or search engine rankings. When making a proposal, we distinguish between verifiable results and projections.
Advertising Disclosure and Editorial Policy
- Content involving advertising, sponsored features, or affiliate marketing will be identified as advertising using labels such as “PR,” “Advertisement,” or “AD.”
- We prioritize relevance to readers' search criteria and article topics, and consider placement formats that do not interfere with readability or site navigation.
- Advertising placement is separate from the editorial team's review and evaluation of information. Paying an advertising fee alone does not result in content being marked “Verified by the Editorial Team” or receiving a higher rating.
- Links will be given attributes appropriate for advertising. We do not sell links for the purpose of improving search rankings.

Publication Guidelines and Materials to Provide
For publication, we review information about the business or organizer, the advertising content, destination links, and rights to use any materials. We may decline to publish content such as the following:
- Information that differs from the facts; comparative or effectiveness claims without verifiable evidence; and pricing or transaction terms that could mislead.
- Text or images that infringe third-party copyrights, portrait rights, privacy, or other rights.
- Content that encourages illegal, discriminatory, or dangerous acts, or does not align with the purpose of this site.
- Requests to conceal that content is advertising, or links to destinations whose operator or sales terms cannot be verified.
Please provide photos, logos, text, and other materials for which you have confirmed the rights required for publication. Please also tell us if a source or photographer credit is required. Before publication, we will confirm the terms for handling corrections, suspension, or other responses if an issue or significant change is identified after publication.
Submitting or Correcting Festival Information
We accept submissions of standard festival information and correction requests for details such as dates and venues separately from advertising. No advertising application is required. We review information and decide whether to publish it in accordance with our editorial policy.
