For festival organizers and hosts
Make a festival in your area your next destination.
From long-standing local traditions to newly established festivals, we share highlights and reasons to take part with people who have yet to discover them.
Share festival information or inquire about being featured
Japanese Festivals.jp welcomes festival information, requests to review or correct listings, and inquiries about coverage and publicity from organizers, operating bodies, local governments, and tourism associations. We introduce each festival with care for the local culture and ways to enjoy it, not just its scale or name recognition.
Please also let us know about festivals not yet listed on our site or festivals whose next event has been confirmed. We will decide whether and how to list them after checking official information and our editorial policy. Information you send us will not be published automatically as-is.

Inquiries about reporting and publicity
You can also discuss feature articles exploring what makes festivals special, interviews with organizers, on-site reporting, photo-based introductions, PR, banner ads, and more. We will consider the approach based on your goals, target readers, event timing, and the materials you can provide.
We will coordinate coverage and publication timing after reviewing the content, schedule, and our capacity. If we conduct on-site coverage, please let us know in advance about areas where photography is permitted, access conditions, reporting permissions, and a contact number for the day.
