About Towada Spring Festival
The Towada Spring Festival is a local event that brings color to spring in Towada City.
With a history commemorating the Inaoigawa water supply, the festival is held mainly along Government Office Street—which was selected as one of Japan’s 100 Best Roads—and in the surrounding area.
Cherry tree avenues, pine trees, and artworks around town come together in an event that lets you enjoy a walk through Towada’s city center in spring.
