In 2026, if bad weather makes it impossible to launch the nighttime fireworks, the fireworks display will be postponed to the 16th.
In bad weather during the day, daytime events may be canceled while the nighttime fireworks go ahead, if conditions allow.
If nighttime fireworks are also not possible, the daytime events will move to Ōhata Gymnasium, and no tents or food trucks will set up, according to the event information.
